And I know from experience that having Amos in the class made the class special to all those around him too. Your boys are very lively Jenny. You have so much reason to be proud of them. Can’t believe Amos is seven!!!! Did he ever tell you about the time I gave him $5? It was at least two years ago.

Self-Care for Yoga Instructors and BodyworkersJanuary 26, 2018, 7:00pmHeidi's StudioSelf-Care for Yoga Instructors and Bodyworkers - Workshop!

Beginning this winter, *heart wide open* is offering a series of workshops designed especially for those who take care of others — emotionally, mentally, physically, psychologically or spiritually. We know what it’s like to care so much that we give everything we have to others and have very little left for ourselves… At these gatherings, we will cultivate heartful self-care to celebrate our intentions, refill our energy tanks, and help prevent burn out!

Whether you're a yoga instructor, meditation teacher or bodyworker (such as acupuncture, osteopathy, massage therapy or reiki) our first session is designed especially for you! *heart wide open* wants to support you in the powerful work you do!

- feel nurtured and rejuvenated
- increase your capacity for resilience
- connect with others who give in similar ways

Through conversation, guided meditation, breathing, intention setting and celebration, we will nourish the deepest parts of ourselves and replenish our capacity to give!

Friday January 26th, 7 - 9:30pm
Heidi’s studio near Wolfville
Suggested contribution $20 - $25 (depending on ability)
