The Complete Practice.

The Complete Practice is everything you need in a asana class. It is a 75 minute practice designed to create some heat through 40 minutes of Vinyasa flow (movement connected with breath) followed by 20 minutes of cooling deep held postures in a Yin Yoga like manner and then the practice is completed with 10 minutes of meditation. This class is for everyone. It will be a heated class (warm, 90-95 degrees).

Heated Power Vinyasa Flow

Heated Power Vinyasa is a flow class synchronizing breath with movement. It is a class that is designed to make you sweat, breathe deeply while still keeping things light and fun. All are welcome. temperature is 95 degrees.

Heated Vin Yin (75min)

Vin Yin is a combination of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa flow. This class is great for those that find the Power classes too fast and the Yin yoga to slow. It really is the best of both styles. Where Yin Yoga is a quiet practice of long holds that challenges the joints, Vinyasa challenges the body through breath and movement. The combination of the two styles produces an exhilarating yet calming yoga experience. All Levels. Temp. 90

Heated Yin Yoga (75min)

Yin Yoga is a class designed to open your body through long holds in supported postures. This is a wonderful class to distress while gaining the benefits of yin yoga. Which are flexibility, breath control and letting go of ones stress. Temp 90

Monthly: Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra

Come try this Blissful experience of 60 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by a session of Yoga Nidra ( Yoga sleep). What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the Instructor guides you systematically and increasingly aware of the body by following a set of verbal instructions. Yoga nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The practice of yoga Nidra is done in savasana and has been found to reduce tension and anxiety.
